Pros
Relatively stable. Good brand to have on a resume in the insurance industry. There is a lot of opportunity for learning new skills. They're looking to improve.
Cons
Much less organized than you would expect for a company of its size. Trying to catch up on the tech side after realizing analytics are useful. Had horrible HR experience where they took over $1500 out of my paychecks for benefits I wasn't receiving at the time. After bouncing around for over a month with two areas that both insisted it was the other areas issue, it was finally fixed. They had a Cyber breach where my personal data, including social security number, was compromised. They offered two years of credit monitoring but told us we'd just have to be vigilant watching our credit after that. The good news, from what they shared, was that no client data was impacted so I guess it's just their employees lives that can get ruined. Vast majority of management, including the new head of analytics, does not have a strong analytics background and gives priority to other areas of the company.
