Pros
I truly get paid well for what I do and the benefits are great. I constantly learn all the time and have enjoyed my time. I am able to work independently and have had lots of opportunity
Cons
There have been management changes which has lead it to be a little more stiff. They have focused more on reports that do not measure half of what I do. Because of this they overlook people for promotion.
