Pros
Lots of autonomy. Very big corporation so lots of benefits. Lots of drinks on the house. Not particularly stressful environment. The company values you bettering yourself.
Cons
Lots of autonomy. Yeah, I know I said it was a pro, but it is also a con, like when you need help on something. Very big corporation so sometimes the work you do can seem like it's out of touch with the big wigs in New York.
