Some of the most amazing coworkers you could hope for, every one of them was such a joy to work with and among the most talented I've ever seen.
Cons
The CEO.
Pie-in-the-sky, nebulous dreams do not amount to a clear product vision.
- Ignoring and circumventing those that try to solidify a path forward, ultimately running them off.
- Hard pivots based on whims.
- Blaming others when the shoot-from-the-hip plan fails.
- Complete inability to take responsibility for the lack of a successful/profitable product in *three years*
- Sleazy salesman that will say whatever he thinks you wanna hear and not deliver
By the end of my tenure, the environment had turned so toxic that even the wonderful teammates weren't enough to compensate.
And now, 2/3rds of us are out of a job due to ill-conceived and ill-contrived plans.
