Pros

Employee discount on parts, you can use the shoplift, alignment station, and tire balance. to work on your personal after work or if it's slow.

Cons

So many technicians are divided into 4 teams, some teams clearly get almost all of the gravy jobs, or if you have seniority you're getting fed and everyone else gets the scraps. GOTTA watch the service writers and keep a notebook log of all your jobs completed and hours flagged(personally I took a picture of every RO), they will try to "accidentally" give you 0.1 hours or put someone else on there, THEN you gotta dig through the system and every RO to find the one that they didn't pay you on and bug that service writer, instead of taking a break between jobs I gotta waste my time trying to get paid correctly. Left after I was missing 20 hours on one check.

Pros

They offer employee stock benefits.

Cons

The workplace culture has deteriorated significantly over the past few years. What was once an organization employees were proud to be part of has become an environment where morale is consistently low and many employees feel disengaged and dissatisfied. The changes in leadership and culture have had a noticeable negative impact on the overall employee experience. Based on my experience, I would encourage prospective employees to avoid at all cost.
