Pros

Vacation and sick time for tenured employees.

Cons

Management only cares for themselves. This place has become a revolving door for so many employees it’s just become sad. So many employees have left due to lack of care and lack of proper treatment. Customers become frustrated because developing a relationship with an advisor for the longevity of your car is close to impossible. Managers say one thing but do another. It is extremely sad that one cannot have an opinion without it being gossiped about or thrown out of proportion BY MANAGERS. If it benefits them then things will happen. If it doesn’t well your opinion does not matter. Health insurance is one of the worst. Deductibles are high and the treatment is below subpar. While only being employed here for a short period of time I managed to see this. I can only hope that things will change.

They offer employee stock benefits.

Cons

The workplace culture has deteriorated significantly over the past few years. What was once an organization employees were proud to be part of has become an environment where morale is consistently low and many employees feel disengaged and dissatisfied. The changes in leadership and culture have had a noticeable negative impact on the overall employee experience. Based on my experience, I would encourage prospective employees to avoid at all cost.
