Pros
The pay rate was probably the only positive aspect.
Cons
The benefits package is HORRIBLE. My weekly deduction for health insurance was 3 times what I had paid at my previous job, for a plan with higher copays and deductibles. This pretty pathetic considering the company has over 8,000 employees and I once had better benefits at a company with 35 employees. You get NO time off at all for the whole first year... no vacation time, no sick time. The environment in the accounting department (and company in general) is extremely chaotic and disorganized. There is an extreme lack of a training program and management does not really seem to care all that much. When you walk into the office you can feel the tension and misery in the air; so many people are not happy and this was evident by the large number of people I saw leave the company in the short amount of time I was there.
