Pros
Even though SALES EEs get the bad end of the deal, standard company holidays for non sales EEs are good
Cons
First off the pay is simply horrible. They pay as little as $13-$14 dollars an hr to your billers and you expect $25 work ethic. You have to WORK MANDATORY OVERTIME at CLOSEOUT 3-4 days at beginning of every month then when close out is over YOU'RE MADE TO GO HOME SO THEY DON' T HAVE TO PAY YOU OVERTIME PAY. Management actually brags about this. This has to be illegal but they don't care. NO consistency .... Constantly changing your stores because EE are always leaving. Oh my GOD the managers and directors alike treat EEs like crap. They literally walk right pass you, make eye contact and WILL NOT SPEAK they want you to know you are NOTHING to them. As a BILLER you do billing, inventory, controller, payroll and other job title duties with no pay nearly worth it. They combined inventory and billing job titles and duties and didn't match the pay of the lower job title. But you're still expected to do all the work
