      Energetic people, well resourced for the sector (not corporate levels but they have a lot of flexibility)

      Cons

      Covid took a toll on capacity, but it seems to be rebuilt now

      Flexibility and time off benefits

      Cons

      Very unstable environment. Lots of turnover in higher roles. Will let people go because of financial reasons and expect the remaining employees to combine their role with 3-4 other roles with no additional pay
