      Leadership totally lacking from Heads of Units, thinks its way cooler and more progressive than it is No opportunities for upwards roles, old guard sitting in their chairs for as long as possible, not diverse

      Flexibility and time off benefits

      Cons

      Very unstable environment. Lots of turnover in higher roles. Will let people go because of financial reasons and expect the remaining employees to combine their role with 3-4 other roles with no additional pay
