      Fully flexible - no need to commute if you don't want to Actually making a value-led impact - not corporate buzzwords Welcoming, friendly, close-knit teams

      Cons

      Salaries at NGOs are obviously lower than private sector Some management are set in their ways Tech/optimisations can take a while to get things done (under resourced)

      Pros

      It was wonderful! The people were friendly and open-minded. I enjoyed going to different places like Buffalo, NY and Ithaca, NY. I loved being able to do my small part to make a difference on this planet. I'm passionate about the environment.

      Cons

      Not paid enough, and I didn't get to acquire any computer skills.
