      Pros

      All is good. Senior management is good. But they should not hire people who are abusive.

      Cons

      Very bad work ethics. Long hours of work. Other than that all was well. People were helping.

      Flexibility and time off benefits

      Cons

      Very unstable environment. Lots of turnover in higher roles. Will let people go because of financial reasons and expect the remaining employees to combine their role with 3-4 other roles with no additional pay
