      Very flexible work environment, very easy to get involved in projects if you just build certain skills and stick around.

      Can be disorganized in terms of protocol at times, but the leadership is good and dedicated.

      Flexibility and time off benefits

      Cons

      Very unstable environment. Lots of turnover in higher roles. Will let people go because of financial reasons and expect the remaining employees to combine their role with 3-4 other roles with no additional pay
