      Great energy and passion put towards intelligent campaigns for a green and peaceful planet

      Cons

      Sometimes all that activist energy gets turned inwards and Greenpeace staff spend too much time campaigning internally. The enemy is not within.

      Flexibility and time off benefits

      Cons

      Very unstable environment. Lots of turnover in higher roles. Will let people go because of financial reasons and expect the remaining employees to combine their role with 3-4 other roles with no additional pay
