      People working there were very hippie and friendly

      Cons

      They push way too harrd and some dont really know hat they are talking about but they make alot of noise

      Flexibility and time off benefits

      Cons

      Very unstable environment. Lots of turnover in higher roles. Will let people go because of financial reasons and expect the remaining employees to combine their role with 3-4 other roles with no additional pay
