      The culture is very international, inclusive, and open. I really enjoyed working with my colleagues.

      Cons

      There is no formal training for interns. It is more like training by doing.

      Flexibility and time off benefits

      Cons

      Very unstable environment. Lots of turnover in higher roles. Will let people go because of financial reasons and expect the remaining employees to combine their role with 3-4 other roles with no additional pay
