Clean gym, great members, a variety of equipment, a great geographic location, clean locker room, and an awesome cleaning crew
Cons
Management deceptive, don't care about their employees or members, no benefits even if 40 hours is attained, hire and fire employees multiple times, high turnover, and no upward mobility all higher management are family friends of the owner.
