Pros
Free gym membership. Chance to move up within the company (if you know the right people). Not much more to say, this is really the only pro.
Cons
In a few words: low pay, bad benefits, no recognition, low raises, bad human resources, nepotism. Benefits package is horrible, high insurance premiums that cover little to nothing. Only 13 PTO days until your 6th year; if in the corporate office, you are forced to take PTO on snow days. No maternity leave, must use short term disability. Promotions are few and far between unless you know someone at the top. Raises are also non existent, especially with the new management. Current management doesn't seem to care about the wellbeing of its employees and instead only cares about $$/ROI.
