Business Outlook
Pros
Good platform for being quickly matched with students. Relatively quick help from the support staff as well to handle any issues. Use of chatbot does make it less efficient sometimes though.
Cons
The pay structure since I began working has gone more and more downhill. Salaries were decreased depending on subject. And previous loyalty bonuses, arising from working with students for long periods of time, were dropped. All in all doesn't seem to have a good future in terms of respecting tutors' time and work.
