1) Business model: this is not sustainable. Expenses are way higher than revenues and it always be. 2) Sales technique: sneaky pitch is encourage and contarcts details are hidden to the client. There are plenty of refund requests because peolple don't really get the long terms of GS offer 3) Layoff: Our brilliant management wiped out a whole department from one day to another 4) Terrible bonus cut: good days are over, from 2023 bonus are very hard to get 5) General mood: most of employes are disappointed and demotivated. It looks like the company is running out of money and ideas.
