Pros

- Used to be young and fun colleagues, now young, but no time to be fun - Friendly and open at first

Cons

- No healthy working culture - A lot of promises, none delivered or taken back -Toxic working culture, everyone is pushed to overwork and not paid for this - Toxic working relationships, a lot of lies and manipulation - No pay rises - Empty promises - Everyone is over-worked and close to burnout - Dishonest management/ two-faced - Majority of people working there are under-skilled and deliver poor/embarrassing work - The CEO has no idea what he is talking about, he has someone writing everything he says - People working there are afraid, unhappy but sadly stuck in the system
