      Chance to work on big projects, get a nice CV then leave.

      Cons

      Salaries are demeaning to workers. It ends up being a win-win situation. You win because you get nice experience, they win because they pay you way less than other companies. Bottomline, it's a company to start, but leave when you have the chance.
