      * Nice culture and working environment * There are a lot of clients and interesting projects to work on * You learn a lot due to be surrounded of people with wide tech knowledge

      * If you got lucky your TL/PM would help you to grow in the company otherwise may be tough depending on the project * Salary may be low sometimes
