      Pros

      Everyone shares the core values of supporting each other, include each other and make each other feel like home. Since day 1 I've felt supported by my team mates and by Globant inner authorities. The company is very supportive in all aspects, I couldn't be happier here.

      I can't think of a setback, But my analysis is subjective to my personal experience.
