Pros
You can literally play video games 7 hours a day if your project allows it. Tons of perks/freedom. You will be able to put "I worked for Disney/JP Morgan/Google/Electronic Arts/Whatever fancy company you're put into" on your resume. If you're a junior, just jump into Globant, write "Disney" on your resume and quit whenever you find something better. It's not worth staying.
Cons
Because of the salary, you can barely live on your own if you have less than 4 years of experience. You'll most likely end up doing sustainment. Software development is expensive for a company so you won't get to develop a single line of code on your own unless you're living in India and are a Senior developer working for 3-4 USD/hourly. Changing you're role/project is a nightmare, they can make you wait for 6 months doing literally nothing until they find a project for you. Also, most developer jobs are for C#/Java "dinosaur projects". Don't even dream about finding a Python, Ruby or JavaScript modern role.
