      Benefits, field sales gets a car

      Big popularity contest. Employees with little to no experience get promoted all the time. Frequent layoffs, small raise increases even after making or exceeding goal, little to no onboarding.

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
