      Cons

      Overall company direction is unclear and sometimes frustrating. I don't feel our products reflect what the market has shifted to in the past few years, and new releases often seem strange or out of touch.

      Pros

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
