Great Career Development, Large Stretch Roles, Lots of HQ Building Amenities, Active Affinity Networks that are Supported by Sr Leadership, Multiple Locations, Close Knit HR Function, HR is highly regarded by business leaders

Cons

In the HR function, pay isn't as competitive as other industries/companies, the promotion process is slower than it needs to be, and the staffing process is a mystery. The perks are slowly fading due to budget pressures. Turnover is increasing so workload increases as a result.
