Pros

We are provided with opportunities to learn and apply new skills. We are encouraged to grow our strengths rather than focus on "opportunities for growth". Allowing our strengths to excel our careers. People are smart and are able to get things done. People are willing to share information and mentor others. Volunteering within the communities we live are encouraged and supported. We are able to volunteer during our workday as well as through organized community outreach efforts.

Cons

The food industry as a whole is struggling, because of this we've gone through a lot of change. Lost co-workers to lay offs and are generally in cost cutting mode all the time. We have the same amount, if not more work to do with less people.

Pros

Good work life balance, many people fully remote or hybrid

Cons

Layoffs are often and if you don’t move quickly you get caught up in them

Pros

Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

Cons

The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
