      Pros

      Great work-life balance, great benefits package, very high ethical behaviors. Managers tend to be very good at what they do.

      Cons

      Rather political, career progress based on perceptions rather than real results. Way too much time spent in meetings, with very slow decision making.

      Pros

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
