      Great Brands Diversity is practiced Fair Compensation Great Technical Dept Well defined integration / on-boarding program for experienced hires Strong Senior Leadership Team Corporate structure

      Cons

      Frequent relocation needed for advancement Jobs are often posted out of formality - the candidate is selected prior to post Many of the benefits don't apply to the field / plant locations Non-growth plants are largely ignored Stuck on past practices, not very willing to change

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
