      Good mission and values, lots of amenities at corporate, good pay and benefits

      Cons

      Food categories are challenged for growth so constant cost cutting and restructuring. In survival mode which is not a fun environment.

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
