      Everything about GMI is great!

      Cons

      Poor low level management (as is the case sometimes for such big companies) who doesn't develop those who seek to be developed. <------ This personal opinion applies to the only department (consumer services) I've worked in and seems to run very different from the rest of the company.

      Pros

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
