      Pros

      Great people, very relationship oriented. Great work life balance with very strong support of employee development. Lots of smart people with excellent team spirit.

      Cons

      Slow decision speed, lots of meetings before the meetings to build consensus. Typical career is deep in one function, generally are not open to moving people around unless it is for new college grads going through development programs.

      Pros

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
