      In house lunchroom staffed by top chefs, comapny store and doctors on site

      Cons

      This company is great for interns and college grads with no families or outside interests as the workload is heavy. There have been many layoffs and structure changes in the past 4 years.

      Pros

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
