      Stable company. Good management. Managers that understand work/life issues well.

      Cons

      Conservative company not very open to risk/entrepreneural pursuits. Bereaucracy in progression processes. Marginal talent management. High level of churn at all levels. Effective managers can sometimes be hard to come by.

      Pros

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
