External hires are not promoted the same way that college to hires are. Definite discrimination. They claim safety first, but do not offer it. The want change but do not embrace it. They want everyone to be cookie cutters. Very little racial/gender equality. Almost always promote white males with stay at home wives that can relocate at a drop of the hat. Little regard for women whose spouses work and can't relocate. Little regard for work life balance. This refers to plant operations. I am not sure how they function at corporate with their in house day care, barbers, coffee stands, gyms, dry cleaning service etc. For those of us that actually make product it is NOT GOOD.
