Great place to work, competitive salary, and positive culture

Wrok schedule is getting less flexible

Vineland Plant felt like Family. Miss them all. Management was friendly and good to get along with. Plenty of over time.

Plant closed 2017, along with alot of hopes and dreams. Many had over 35 years there. Whole.plant was union and yes there was some dead wood (non workers).
