      Working at GA you will work witg likeminded and bright people. My department is diverse and broad range of ages. Fast paced environment depending on the project. Lots of mentoring and opportunities

      Cons

      There is low retention st least for the younger engineers due to pay. Processes seems to be disorganized at the cost of finishing a project. Lots of time is wasted repeating these processes

      Pros

      Great team with lots of smart people. Great raises and bonuses. Flexibility to move around within company to explore other career paths. 9x80 schedule is awesome.

      Cons

      Many processes are slow and not tailored for space.
