      Pros

      Benefits are not bad you pay for them - health benefits are not cheap. Good policy for vacation and leave as far as accumulating hours.

      Cons

      Benefits are good but they come with a price, insurance is not cheap. Lack of motivation by everyone. Most pretty much do the time.
