Pros
Lots of great people. Genuine and care about doing good work. Some divisions have the 980 work week. (Every other Friday off)
Cons
Inept Management. Creating then allowing, even fomenting and fostering a dysfunctional culture. There is an addiction to terribly ineffective processes, inefficiency, defensiveness, and management by fear that is so behind the times, and counter to long understood best practices, it has created a resigned hopelessness among the intimidated folks in the trenches at almost every level. Management is either oblivious or entirely unconcerned. Many unsuspecting employees were bait and switched after being hired with a set-up that they never would have agreed to if foreseen in the interview or recruitment.
