      - being part of something that's changing the world

      Cons

      - pay is less than what most of the other companies in the Aerospace industries pay - it's not what you do or how well you do it but who you know, for a hard worker that doesn't know anyone it can be tough - hiring new supervisors from outside the company instead of promoting with inside the company.

      Good working environment Exciting projects Great coworkers (for the most part, like any place)

      Cons

      Like any maturing company, it has become more and more top-heavy, placing more and more emphasis on project management and milestones, sometimes over bread-and-butter engineering. I could have half the PMs I have now and do a better job
