Lots of opportunity to learn, growth is not hard . There are a lot of talented employees who work here and it is a good thing for innovation but it can be a challenge in growth within the organization. Flexibility for taking vacation. Nice people overrall and good culture. Family oriented. Great benefits
Cons
unfair pay. You have to start a new role to get more pay. if you stay in the same role chances are you are doing a lot for your pay. The salary ranges are 20k and you will be surprised people with less experince make more.
