      Pros

      Gap is an iconic company that everyone wants to succeed. The employees are nice and friendly (for the most part) and truly work hard to achieve results. Great employee benefits and flexible work schedules.

      Cons

      Too many layers = long time to make decisions and take action. Beaureacratic. Sometimes resistant to change.
