      Great company overall, wonderful work/life balance, amazing culture and the one place where people actually dress well in San Francisco.

      Cons

      Very few perks, specialty retail is unstable, top executives seem unorganized and unsure, throwing sh*t at the wall to see what sticks, keep making same design mistakes season after season.
