We take all feedback seriously and have looked into your comments. Our Manchester/Altrincham operation is very busy and during peaks we are very reliant on the commitment and engagement of both permanent and agency staff. We endeavour to be as flexible as the operation allows – so thank you for the positive comments regarding working hours. All GEFCO permanent employees receive a minimum of 28 days holidays. Your comments suggest you may be an agency worker - as we do not operate a policy of holiday being accrued based on length of service. If there is a need for our employees to work bank holidays, enhanced pay, time in lieu – or a combination of pay and time in lieu - is given. Regarding pay, we work in an extremely competitive market and we regularly benchmark all salaries (permanent and agency) to ensure total reward is commensurate to the role. Without specific feedback on management issues encountered we are unable to respond on this point. However, GEFCO has a comprehensive Management Programme which all managers are able to attend. If you are able to contact us directly in the HR team we will always look into any issues or concerns you have and resolve them. We love our amazing staff and will do everything possible to make it a great place to work for you. Please email HRAdmin.UK@gefco.net.
