Pros

I have had positive experiences working with Freudenberg Medical. One of the things I appreciate about Freudenberg Medical is their commitment to fostering a positive company culture. They offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, as well as opportunities for professional development and advancement. This makes it easier to attract and retain top talent in the medical device manufacturing industry. Freudenberg Medical also has a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). They actively seek out and promote diversity in their hiring practices, which is important in a field that is constantly evolving and requires a variety of perspectives and experiences. Their commitment to DEI makes Freudenberg Medical an attractive option for job seekers who value these principles.

Cons

I do not have any cons at this time.

Pros

Stable company with broad global reach. Front office jobs not demanding, hybrid schedules and low expectations lead most to be 30-35 hr weeks.

Cons

At first this looks like a positive: you’ll notice that many employees have tenures of 15,20, 30 years. But that leads to a lot of group think and insular behaviors. They actually have a common statement among employees - “you’re not a Freudenberger unless you’ve been here 10 years.” Not exactly a welcoming statement to new employees. If you’d like to have your input and thoughts ignored for a decade, this is the place for you. Convinced they have great technologies, but in market terms, average technology at best. Horrific infighting between divisions. Management meetings resemble Klukluxclan meetings in terms of diversity. Pay scales below market, 401k match very weak
