Pros

The 14 day a month work schedule affords workers the opportuinity to lead a more balanced life. I have been presented with the opportunity to advance at an accelerated pace. The bonus system is also a great way to motivate employees and keep everyone focused on the companies guiding principles.

Cons

12 hour shifts can be grueling especially in the summer months. Not alot of parity in pay. some individuals with fewer responsibilities and job requirements make the same dollar amount as you do.

Pros

Stable company with broad global reach. Front office jobs not demanding, hybrid schedules and low expectations lead most to be 30-35 hr weeks.

Cons

At first this looks like a positive: you’ll notice that many employees have tenures of 15,20, 30 years. But that leads to a lot of group think and insular behaviors. They actually have a common statement among employees - “you’re not a Freudenberger unless you’ve been here 10 years.” Not exactly a welcoming statement to new employees. If you’d like to have your input and thoughts ignored for a decade, this is the place for you. Convinced they have great technologies, but in market terms, average technology at best. Horrific infighting between divisions. Management meetings resemble Klukluxclan meetings in terms of diversity. Pay scales below market, 401k match very weak
