Pros

There were some really great people there that made it bearable to work there, both with personality and their abilities to drive processes. Before the new HQ, there were food trucks and then later after HQ construction completed, a cafeteria was built. Both of these were nice because it was difficult to get food from outside. Work/life balance was actually not bad, despite the scheduled hours because you could leave work at home.

Cons

While there were some great people, the majority of the people there could care less for their jobs and it showed. A lot of fairly simple jobs would take forever (no pun intended) to complete due to lack of motivation. This is probably because the compensation was low and several management team members had big egos, which made it difficult to work with them and receive mentoring. There were no company values, so a lot of things felt unethical, though I'm sure Legal/HR ensured we were all in compliance on at least a minimal level.
