Pros
if your in high school and could use some extra change then yea, however expect to work LATE .... as in, 11pm-3am late.... because f21 likes to leave the store perfect. im not sure how many parents would be too happy about that.
Cons
only get 10% off, an average of 12 hrs per week, minimum wage 8$ isnt worth the stress and disrespect, the dress code is a joke, fashion is expressive not standard. promos arent elaborated. empolyees learn from one another and we should learn from our superiors. communication is terrible in the store. we are restricted to leave the building on our breaks (10min), how do they expect us to get hydrated or snack to recharge? our lunches are only 30mins which is not a fair amount of time compared to how much we stress we gain when we are working. f21 is fast paced and can be exhausting, especially because they asked us to dress for work as if your going to a club! its uncomfortable and most girls bring extra shoes to change from their heels. we need a clock in the break room because we time flies when your on your 10minute break! its not nearly fair to how much we really deserve, honestly, an extra 5minites goes a long way an would be nice. im really not trying to be mean, i really think this co. has potential but as of right now they are the worst co. i have ever worked for, my unhappiness has pushed me this far. i am a christian and they had us work easter sunday and good friday.
